Data Mapping Expression
Expressions enable you to manage all business rules in one central place.
Add Expression
Add an Expression to a data mapping by selecting Add Expression in the Data Mapping menu.
This creates an Expression in the Outline window.
Edit Expression Properties
Select Expression in the Outline window to see the expression properties Expression, Default Value and Format. Click into a field to edit the property.
Open the Expression Editor by clicking on the dropdown button. Tip: You can insert column names into the expression window by double-clicking the column name.
Click button OK to close the Expression Editor. Click enter on the keyboard or click with the mouse outside the property field to apply the changes and leave the edit mode.
